Incoming payments cost 0.5% up to $100K a month, 0.4% up to $1M and 0.3% above, and your first $50K is free. Payouts and swaps cost 0.3% each, network costs are passed through at cost, and there is no setup or monthly fee. Casinos on the RubySoft platform pay 0%.

Why is it 0% for RubySoft casinos?

Casinos on the RubySoft platform already pay for the platform, and crypto processing is part of it. RubySend was built to run those casinos, so they never pay a percentage on deposits.

How am I billed?

Once a month, on the volume you processed. Your payments reach your merchant wallet in full; you get one invoice for the month's fees.

Do my customers leave my site to pay?

No. The API returns the address and the amount and you show them in your own interface, so the whole payment happens under your brand.

What happens if a customer pays too little or too much?

The invoice is marked underpaid or overpaid and your webhook gets the exact amount received, converted to USD at the confirmation rate, so you can ask for the rest or credit the difference.

Do I need my own blockchain nodes or gas wallets?

No. RubySend watches every network, tops up gas for token deposits and sweeps funds into your merchant wallet automatically.
